There are only 25 Marian apparitions you can safely follow

A website I used to belong to was taken over by two mentally ill idiots who had no regard for truth and would say anything that popped into their disturbed brains. One of their most absurd- and easily disproven- claims was that Mary had appeared on earth some 2600 times throughout history. There is no listed source to corroborate this specious garbage so one can only assume they simply made it up.
Sadly, reputable Catholic sites like ours are often left with the job of cleaning up the messes created by blockheads like this.
As of right now, there are 25 church approved events. If the event you see being promoted is not listed among these 25, run away from it and tell the cretin supporting it to stop leading souls to hell.

If some knucklehead is adding alleged events from places like Marienfried or Heed, Germany, Naju, South Korea, Garabandal, Spain or Medjugorje in Bosnia, laugh at them and walk away.

Follow these 25 and no others. Period. You'll be safe.
