T4P all-time biggest video moves back into #1 position amid flurry of controversy over tragedy

It is really difficult to treat a tragedy with kid gloves, and we keep finding that out.

In May of last year, I was invited by the group ''Free Mackenzie Shirilla" to watch a video about this really disturbing and tragic accident. Accident... not crime.

In the last year, it has become clearer and clearer that this was a ridiculous verdict. This girl had a medical episode and passed out across the passenger side of the car. The two other passengers fought frantically and desperately to gain control of the vehicle. They could not. Those 2 passengers, Dominic Russo and Davion Flannigan were tragically killed in the accident.

Mackenzie Shirilla, barely clinging to life, was airlifted to a hospital. Later, a vindictive and corrupt Judge, with the same last name as one of the victims, found her guilty of murder in one of the most outrageous and indefensible verdicts in American history.

Eric Hanson, one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met, has shown me, piece by piece, that the medical evidence actually proves Mackenzie's innocence. I have seen, firsthand, the venom and vileness of the Russo family, in the persons of Christine- the sister and Becky- the cousin. After assuring them of my prayers and my sincere sympathy for their loss, I admitted that I did not believe the verdict was right and there is no way a jury would have rendered the same verdict. I have argued my points cogently and in great detail. What I received in response was an unrelenting stream of hostility, venom and profanity.

Two things can be true at the same time. I can grieve for your family member and still believe it was an accident. Anyone with a functioning brain can see this was not intentional.
