Shameless lying Trump offers bribe to the American people

The evilest and most corrupt President in American history just can't help himself. Trumpty Dumpty is now pledging to send $5,000 to every adult American if the GOP holds congress.

Let me go on the record and say that I will gladly donate my 5K to seeing Trump impeached, thrown out of office and convicted of treason.
