Kirk not much different from Burnette, Glick, Beamer and Bingham.

Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA was just 31 years old. That means he was just 7 on that fateful day when nearly 3000 Americans died in New York, Virginia and Pennsylvania. Murdered like them because we live in a nation that upholds Christ and the Christian faith, Kirk was especially like a particular few dozen aboard a plane bound for San Francisco.
After United flight 93 was hijacked 24 years ago today, an anniversary Kirk missed by a few hours but is part of in spirit. There were 40 passengers aboard that flight. A few were not likely to have taken part in the revolt to take the plane back due to age but most were probably involved in some way.
The ones we know for sure were involved were Tom Burnett, Jeremy Glick, Todd Beamer, Mark Bingham, Sandy Bradshaw and Richard Guadagno. There were likely many more including Miller, Driscoll, Cashman, Lyles, Garcia, and Greene.
What these heroes had in common with Kirk was a willingness to fight for others, to fight with courage. Sadly, the times have got worse, not better and far more blood will be shed. God bless the martyrs.
