I sure am enjoying this ride of faith God is taking me on and I am always excited to experience special devotions in special ways. God has given me a few that have given me chills.

For example, I have completed the (9) First Fridays devotion given by Jesus to Saint Margaret Mary Alacoque in Paray Le Monial, France. However, the last one really stands out because it actually began on Friday, October 3rd in the very chapel where Jesus appeared! It ended on Friday, July 3rd, 2026 at the Basilica of Notre Dame in Montreal, Canada. It was not only the only Mass I ever attended in Canada but the only one entirely in French.

It's hard to rival that experience but I'm giving it a shot.

On Saturday, July 4th, I began the (5) First Saturdays devotion by attending Mass at the Chapel of Saint Therese of Lisieux in Rhode Island. Since this was the only Mass I have ever attended there, I have decided to see if I can complete all 5 Masses at churches, I have never attended Mass at before. Here is my plan to pull it off.

August 1st- The Shrine of the Miraculous Medal in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

September, 5th- The Shrine of Mary, Help of Christians in Humbertus, Wisconsin

October 3rd- The Cathedral of Saint Matthew the Apostle, Washington DC

November 7th- the Basilica of Saint Francis of Assisi, Santa Fe, New Mexico

The October Mass is going to be special because it's on the anniversary of Paray Le Monial but for another reason as well. A week later, I will fly down to Dallas, Texas and see the location where President John F Kennedy was killed. On October 3rd, I will visit his grave at Arlington Cemetery and go to Mass in the Cathedral that held his funeral Mass. Always trying to go deeper.
