I don't know how many of you are old enough to remember the Merle Haggard classic If we make it through December. Great song about persevering in hope when times are tough.
If the 4 Persons had a version, it might be If we make it to the the 20th of December.
Things are really looking up if I can get through this week of night shifts.
Through the past year, our apostolate really grew and there is a lot to be thankful for. There were also some negatives.
I worked way too much overtime to be able to devote sufficient time to this apostolate.
We were way too patient with Blogtalkradio and their endless technical issues.
We were way too responsive to outside noise from very evil people.
We allowed too much political content to overshadow our message.
We were not able to effectively invest, fundraise, market and promote to the level I would have liked.
All 5 of those issues have been resolved and we have even made tremendous practical progress the last few weeks and this weekend. If I can get through these five 11-7s, which start tonight, we are going to be putting out a really great product going forward, even before December ends!
