Day 6 summary.

It has been very difficult to give updates. This has been an exhilirating trip but also an exhausting one. The estimated 3-5 miles per day of walking appears to have been on the low side. I'd say it's more like 7-8. The days have also been incredibly long. Yesterday I rose at 6 AM and got to bed at 11 Pm only to rise again at 6.

Things will ease up for a few days. More about that later.

Yesterday, we started the day by driving from Salamanca to Albe De Tormes. We celebrated Mass at the monestary where Saint Theresa of Avila died.

We then went to Avila which is like Camelot.

We ended the day in Burgos where this Cathedral is.

On to Loyola and Lourdes!
