An absolutely spot-on post about Trump

Fortunately, that has never been a problem for me. I have always let my politics be driven by my Catholic faith. I owe my vote to no one. For a Catholic, there is a lot to like about Trump and a lot to hate. He is an economic conservative that understands the need for a secure border and a strong energy policy. Morally? Ideologically? He is a complete mess. A Zionist nut job who is dragging us into WW III with his rabid devotion to Benjamin Netanyahu and, at home, wrecking our culture and Christian fabric by his narcissism, greed and complete disdain for human life and Christian, family values.

Personally, I find him to be repulsive but obviously I'm clear-eyed enough to see that he was still preferrable to the alternative on election day.

Republicans absolutely must nominate someone much better in 2028.
