A heartfelt message to all Catholics on the subject of private revelations and miraculous events

Given the staggering number of approved events and miracles, it is complete lunacy to put any devotion or credence into any event that hasn't met with full and unconditional church approval. It is literally playing with fire.

Why on earth would you read Poem of the Man God when you can read the Diary of Sister Faustina, instead? Why in the world would you visit Medjugorje or Garabandal, when you can go to Fatima, Lourdes or Guadalupe?

Why would you spend any time reading the questionable messages of proven liar Ivan Dragicevic when you can read the church backed messages of Catherine of Sienna, Theresa of Avila, Therese of Lisieux or the Fatima kids?

There are 25 approved Marian apparitions. There are multiple apparitions of Jesus such as at Paray Le Monial. There are more than 100 approved Eucharistic miracles and countless established miracles involving saints. Why would you give even a minute of your time to something the church hasn't fully approved? It is the very definition of insanity.
